Our session cookie is also set to “SameSite: Lax”, which limits it from being sent along with requests that start on other websites.
Cookies we do not use
At the time of this update, we do not use analytics cookies, advertising or retargeting cookies, or cookies that follow you across other websites. If we ever add them, we will update this page first and, where required, ask for your choice before using them.
Icons, scripts and other resources
Some of our pages load standard design resources, such as icon sets and script libraries, from content delivery networks. When your browser fetches them, the provider can see technical details such as your IP address and browser type, as any website host can. We do not use these resources for advertising.
When you make a payment
Agents who buy a paid service pay through our payment gateway. Its secure payment window is run by the gateway, which may set its own cookies to process the payment safely. We do not control those cookies. Please read the gateway’s own policies.
Session and persistent cookies
Session cookies last only while you are using the website, or for a short time after your last activity.
Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period, or until you delete them.
The cookies in the table above are short-lived and end shortly after you stop using the website. The agent area settings stay on your device until you clear them.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you see, block or delete cookies in their privacy or security settings. You can also use private or incognito mode, which removes cookies when you close the window. The steps differ for each browser, so please check your browser’s help pages.
If you block essential cookies
You can still read most pages. However, features that need a secure session, including agent sign-in, property enquiries, Agent Profile Requests, WhatsApp OTP verification and payments, may stop working or show an error.
