• Paid listings
• Featured agent promotions
• Lead packages

2. Cancellation by the Agent (Customer)

• All purchases are non-cancellable once payment has been processed.
• If you wish to discontinue your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the paid term but will not renew automatically.

3. Refunds

All payments made to LocalAgent.in are non-refundable except in cases of:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Transaction failure with amount deducted from your account

In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

4. Service Issues

If you experience a problem with your purchased service:

• Contact us at contact@localagent.in within 3 days of purchase.
• We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a resolution (service credit, extension, or partial refund).

5. Cancellation by LocalAgent.in

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services in case of:

• Misuse of the platform
• Providing false information
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activities

In such cases, no refund will be issued.
