Agents appear on LocalAgent.in as Manually Reviewed Local Agents. This means our team has reviewed an agent’s request before a profile is created. It is a screening step. It is not a guarantee of any agent’s advice, conduct or results.

Where the information comes from

Agent profiles, property listings and other information on LocalAgent.in may be submitted by agents, property owners, partners or other third parties. We try to present it clearly, but we cannot check every detail.

• Information may be incomplete, out of date or changed after it was published.
• We do not promise that any information is complete, current or free from error.
• Photographs and descriptions help you shortlist. They do not replace a visit.

Verify property details yourself

RERA registration numbers or details shown on LocalAgent.in are provided by agents or advertisers. Please check them yourself with the official website of the relevant state RERA authority (for Maharashtra, MahaRERA) before you rely on them.

Showing a RERA number does not mean that LocalAgent.in has approved, certified or endorsed the agent, project or property.

Do your own due diligence

Buying, selling or renting property involves legal, financial and technical decisions. You are responsible for your own checks, for example:

• Legal: ownership and title documents, approvals, encumbrances, society permissions and agreements.
• Financial: total cost, taxes, stamp duty and registration, loan eligibility and repayment.
